Getting Started
Before we can begin to help you to achieve your goals we will first need to meet with you.
An initial consultation with Fitness Personnel will include:
- Discussion of your specific needs and requirements
- Completion of a Lifestyle Questionnaire
- Completion of a Medical History Form
All one-on-one training programs include an initial fitness assessment
The fitness assessment will include:
- Personal measurements
- Resting heart rate
- Height and Weight
- Muscular endurance
- Muscular strength
- Flexibility
Personal Training Rates
Our personal training rates vary based on how much help you need. For those who want to
work with a trainer now and then or don't want to commit to a larger package we have a
single session rate. For those who want to make a longer term committment we have package
rates that you can take advantage of. Rates also vary depending on whether you're working
out In-home or In-Studio. No matter what your budget or your needs may be we have a program
for you.
