 In-Home Personal Training
Fitness Personnel will bring the training to the comfort of your own home or condo facility.  At Fitness Personnel we recognize that every body is different. You need a workout plan that fits your lifestyle and helps you achieve your goals.
  Don't have any equipment?  Not to worry, we can be very resourceful when it comes to using what you do have - and we always travel with small equipment that we use to challenge your body in different ways to get you the results you're looking for.

 

In-Studio Personal Training
Don't want to workout at home but don't want to buy a gym membership?  Fitness Personnel will
conduct your personal training in a private studio located in downtown Toronto.  Your personal training rate will include the cost of studio use.

Getting Started
Before we can begin to help you to achieve your goals we will first need to meet with you.
An initial consultation with Fitness Personnel will include:

  • Discussion of your specific needs and requirements
  • Completion of a Lifestyle Questionnaire
  • Completion of a Medical History Form
All one-on-one training programs include an initial fitness assessment
The fitness assessment will include:
  • Personal measurements
  • Resting heart rate
  • Height and Weight
  • Muscular endurance
  • Muscular strength
  • Flexibility

Personal Training Rates
Our personal training rates vary based on how much help you need.  For those who want to
work with a trainer now and then or don't want to commit to a larger package we have a
single session rate.  For those who want to make a longer term committment we have package
rates that you can take advantage of.  Rates also vary depending on whether you're working
out In-home or In-Studio.  No matter what your budget or your needs may be we have a program
for you.
