What is Bootcamp?

 

Bootcamp is just a name - what we'll be doing is group exercise in an indoor training facility.  No yelling, no pushing beyond limits, just a motivating, fun and results oriented workout. 

Doesn't the traditional gym setting get a little boring sometimes?  It's nice to change up the routine and challenge your body in different ways.  It's also great to have other people around to motivate you and laugh with you.

Bootcamp sessions will consist of cardiovascular exercise, body weight exercises for functional training, calisthenics, various drills and flexibility training.  In other words, an overall body program that will leave you pumped for the next class!

What you need to know

  • Each bootcamp is eight weeks in length.  It's recommended that you do a minimum
    of eight weeks twice per week to achieve significant results.
     
  • We are not doing traditional weight training. We will be doing functional training to challenge your entire body
  • Workouts are very dynamic and cardio based.
  • You will see dramatic improvements in your strength and endurance if you are attending regularly and doing the work.
  • We will be doing drills such as: agility, quickness, running power, jumping, stability and core.
  • You will be introduced to innovative and creative drills and movements to challenge your entire body.
  • You will have fun!!!

Mondays - 7pm - Advanced
Tuesdays - 6pm - Rookie
Wednesdays - 10:30am - Rookie
                             6pm - Advanced
Fridays - 10:30am - Rookie
Saturdays - 9am - Rookie

Cost: Rookie Classes
18 participants max
1x week for 8 weeks = $168
2x week for 8 weeks = $336
3x week for 8 weeks = $504
(includes HST) 

Cost: Advanced Classes
30+hst per class - 8 class minimum
4-6 participants
