What is Bootcamp?

Bootcamp is just a name - what we'll be doing is group exercise in an indoor training facility. No yelling, no pushing beyond limits, just a
motivating, fun and results oriented workout.
Doesn't the traditional gym setting get a
little boring sometimes? It's nice to change up the routine and
challenge your body in different ways. It's also great to have other
people around to motivate you and laugh with you.
Bootcamp
sessions will consist of cardiovascular exercise, body weight exercises
for functional training, calisthenics, various drills and flexibility
training. In other words, an overall body program that will leave you
pumped for the next class!
